Fred Jackson returns to Bills practice

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson (groin) was in uniform for the start of Wednesday’s practice, lining up with the first team and participating in warm-up drills.

It was the first time Jackson has been on the field since injuring his groin in an Oct. 19 win over the Minnesota Vikings. The day after the injury, Jackson told WGR 550 that doctors gave him a month-long timetable for a return.

It’s unclear how much Jackson participated in Wednesday’s practice.
