Jason Garrett not worried about DeMarco Murray’s finger injury

LONDON — In nine games Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray has already posted career highs in carries (225) and (1,133) as well as fumbles (five).

Murray was wearing a splint on his right pinky finger on Tuesday after getting hurt late in last week’s 28-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

“I think he’ll be OK,” coach Jason Garrett said.

But it adds to the ball security questions. Teams have been going after the football as Murray fights for extra yardage, and they’ve had success.
