W2W4: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New York Jets

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — On Sunday, rock meets bottom.

This has all the makings of a seminal moment in New York Jets history, one of those perfect-storm days in which the atmosphere at MetLife Stadium matches the product on the field — embarrassing.

The Jets (1-8) have dropped eight in a row, one loss shy of the franchise record for most consecutive losses in a season, and they face the hottest quarterback in the league, Ben Roethlisberger. The Pittsburgh Steelers have a large and loyal following, so expect to see a lot of black and gold and a slew of Terrible Towels in the crowd — a sight that won’t sit well with owner Woody Johnson.
