PHILADELPHIA — Chip Kelly has coached 26 NFL games. He has used four quarterbacks: Michael Vick, Nick Foles, Matt Barkley and Mark Sanchez.

Foles stepped in after Vick got hurt and had one of the best seasons any quarterback has ever had.
