Seahawks expecting a cold welcome in Kansas City

RENTON, Wash. — Arrowhead Stadium is going to be a frigid place on Sunday for the Seattle Seahawks game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The forecast for Kansas City on Sunday is a high temperature of 29, a low of 16 and a 40 percent chance of snow flurries in the morning, but that is expected to end by the noon CT kickoff.

“We’re in Kansas City, so we know we’re going to have cold-weather games,” Chiefs linebacker Justin Houston said Wednesday.
