Teddy Bridgewater readies for cold weather

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — Teddy Bridgewater has never started a game in sub-freezing temperatures, and it’s possible he’ll avoid that distinction for one more week when the Minnesota Vikings travel to Chicago on Sunday. The high temperature for the Vikings’ game against the Bears is projected to be 34 degrees, which would match the coldest game Bridgewater has ever started (on Nov. 24, 2012 in college against Connecticut).

Whether or not the thermostat has climbed above freezing by kickoff Sunday, colder weather is coming for Bridgewater.
